Throughout the month of July, St. Luke's is raising money for our Human Needs Network to assist memberso f the community with basic needs. You may give a gift in honor or memory of someone this Christmas. Donor cards and envelopes can be found in the church Narthex.
Bring your backpack, keys, or school bag to church on Sunday, August 13, at 8:30 or 11:15AM for our annual Back to School blessing during worship. All students and teachers, parents and school workers are invited to come forward for a blessing as we prepare for another great year of learning!
Adults, Youth, and Kids, we invite you to join us on Sunday, August 20, from 4-6PM, as we build relationships together and celebrate the coming solar eclipse. We will make and race solar powered cars, bake food in a solar powered oven, and enjoy other fun solar powered activities. This event is a part of one of our goals as a congregation to build connections in faith.
Help us celebrate 125 years of St. Lukes on August 26 at 5PM with a BBQ on the front lawn, a jump castle, quilt raffle, and wonderful entertainment. Call the church office to make reservations by August 13.
Join us on August 27 for Festival Worship at 8:30 & 11:15AM. Music will include hymns and liturgy arranged for strings, brass, woodwinds, and timpani. The Sancutary Choir will sing Bach Cantata BWV 100, "What God Has Done Most Well." Between the services, we will have a Celebration Brunch at 10AM, and all are invited to bring a dish to share. Come and celebrate 125 years with us!
The 18th Annual Race For The ARK 5k Run/Walk and 1 Mile Fun Run will be August 26, 2017. All proceeds benefit The ARK. For sponsorship info, contact Megan Severn:843-670-4910, or firstname.lastname@example.org.
